Join us in celebrating a great year of being your managed print, it, communications and document management partner!
As the curtain draws on another fantastic year at DNS, we thought what better time to reflect on what the DNS Team have been up to this past year, than now?
The past twelve months have been busy, hard-working and jam packed but we wouldn’t have it any other way. From lots of charity dinners, to meeting with customers (new and old) as well as a big recruitment drive as we expand the DNS Team, it is safe to say the team have had their hands full.
We love to get involved in community and charity events and this year has been no different, from golf days with S2S group and me&dee charity to taking part in the annual Brain Game in aid of Marie Curie.
We have worked closely with our friends at Derby County Community Trust by the team walking the high peak trail, sponsoring, and joining them for their annual awards dinner and more recently completing a fire walk in aid of DCCT outside of Pride Park stadium.
We have had a huge push on sustainability this year helping businesses ensure that their processes (whether that be print, IT, Communications or Document Management) are environmentally friendly. As well as our commitment to facilitating the seamless switch VOIP comunication systems for many businesses.
Additionally, recognising the importance of cybersecurity in today’s business environment, we have and will be continuing to introduce cutting-edge IT solutions designed to safeguard our customers businesses.
“As we actively engage with our customers, their feedback has highlighted the growing need for robust cybersecurity measures and a unified communication ecosystem.
By staying attuned to these insights, we can deliver comprehensive solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers in an ever-evolving digital landscape and we look forward to continuing to do so in 2024.”
Hugh Sutherland, Sales Director.
Chris, Dylan and Roan have joined the DNS Support Team and Molly also joined us earlier in the year as our Accounts Apprentice. More recently we have welcomed Cameron to the Sales Team! Due to the increase in products, services, and our growing customer base we are still on the hunt for more people to join our team. If you think you could be the perfect fit, then take a look at our careers page and drop us a email! We would love to hear from you.
Following on from this we have received fantastic feedback from our customer base which really puts into perspective the hard work the DNS Team put into supporting our customers, ensuring that any issues that may arise are overcome. As well as making sure new customers are onboarded to the best of our ability with minimal downtime and disruption.
“We could not have been happier with the transition to DNS and your support offering, we held an internal meeting yesterday and DNS have received nothing but positivity from the directors and team.”
“I use Document Network Services Limited for all of my IT needs, and I have worked with them for 5 years now. Last night I reached out to my account manager Hugh Sutherland It was 8pm when I reached out and within 5 minutes, he had remote dialled into my computer, he then took the time and fixed several issues I was encountering, which took up his own evening.
Thank you, Hugh!”
We even got time to get some new branded workwear, take a look at the team modelling their new gilets… we’re not sure any of them have taken them off yet!
Talking of branding… We are delighted to be the Sheffield United FC women’s shirt sleeve sponsors for the fourth consecutive season. Our logo appears on the sleeve of the club’s 2023/24 kit for both competitive games as well as on the replica supporter shirts which can be purchased online.
Still very much aiming to be a greener office, with the addition of electric cars within the business and continuing to partner with Co-Treetment to plant trees in the local Derbyshire area. The team are very excited to be joining them early next year to plant some trees and see how our trees from last year have grown. We best dig out wellies out!
“Wrapping up on another chapter here at DNS, I want to express my sincere thanks to our fantastic team. Your hard work, and dedication does not go unnoticed. Wishing you all a joyful festive season and a well-deserved break. The same goes to for our customers, thank you for choosing DNS as your trusted, IT, Comms or Print partner. We look forward to being committed to supporting you all in 2024.
Here’s to a great year ahead!” – Darren Marsh, Managing Director
A huge thank you to all of our customers and hard-working team members! We wish everyone the best of luck for 2024.
