BusinessWise Accountancy and Tax deliver high levels of customer service & expertise. The accounting services they specialise in include year-end accounts and taxation, Bookkeeping and VAT returns. Management accounts, Cashflow planning, Business valuations, Personal tax returns.
Having a print, copy, scan feature to store digital documents was vital to BusinessWise as many of their clients need wet signatures due to the nature of their paperwork and storing them in a filing cabinet wasn’t an option anymore.
Print doesn’t have to be that taxing
BusinessWise were running out of ink quickly and were subsequently spending a lot of time and money purchasing new cartridges. Likewise, the cost of repairs on the printer were stacking up.
DNS provided BusinessWise with a fully Manged Print Service, which means when their toner levels run low a new one is automatically sent to their address – no more running out the office to fetch ink! Similarly, if they have any issues with the machine, they can call up DNS and a Xerox engineer will be sent to fix the problem (within half a day to be exact) which keeps downtime to a minimum and means that the team can concentrate on being accountants!
