Microsoft Bookings enables customers or prospects to effortlessly book appointments based on your availability, without you having to do anything!
All they need to do is visit your customised bookings page, select a date and time, fill in their details and the appointment (may that be physically or virtually) is scheduled in both your calendar and theirs.
This consequently saves time that is usually spent repetitively going back and forth to arrange dates and times that work for everyone involved.
As Microsoft Bookings syncs directly with your outlook calendar you can also view these appointments on whatever device you want whether that’s your phone, iPad or desktop. Handy right?
This direct synchronisation also means that no customer or prospect data will be placed into another application or software, it all remains securely in M365.
Another benefit is that the Microsoft Bookings tool is also already included in your M365 license, so no extra costs!
