Roan's his duties include call handling and ensuring that customers have excellent technical assistance and support. He also assists in the monitoring and maintaining of customer systems as well as setting up new user accounts.
In addition to this, Roan is also actively enhancing his technical knowledge and skill set with on the job learning together with completing technical certifications.
