Tim has worked at DNS for a number of years (you may remember that we waved him off into his retirement, however he missed us that much that he returned less than a year later!) Tim has extensive knowledge in Xerox Managed Print Devices, he is often out on the road installing our customers machines as well as troubleshooting any issues they may have.
