We are all aware of the drastic changes that have occurred in our lives due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Subsequently our work lives have been severely impacted too, with many employees working from home and many furloughed, it has meant adapting has taken place for all.
However, with garden centres, zoos and non-essential shops opening back up, businesses are therefore planning for their safe return to the office as well. Though, as social distancing is imperative there are a lot of alterations that need to happen before this is possible.
From signage, to hand sanitising stations it is critical that the office is equipped so that it is a safe environment for everyone. There are of course lot of objects within the office that everybody usually touches without a second thought, paper, stationary, mugs – the way around this is to take your own supplies. However, carting a personal printer into the office is not very feasible, is it? So what does this mean for printing documents?
Sending the odd job to a printer may not be an issue, however when wanting to release confidential documents securely undoubtedly the issue of many employees needing to touch the printer will begin to arise. But… don’t panic, we have a solution for that!
